The Association organises and oversees the running of chess in the county of Northamptonshire. |
Competitions include the County Championship, Silver King League, Knockout and games against other counties. |
There are clubs in Burton Latimer, Corby, Daventry, Kettering, Northampton, Oundle, Peterborough and Rushden. |
Clubs are happy to accept members who wish to play for fun or those wishing to be involved in competitive chess. |
